Regular checks and top-ups of your engine oil level can help to prevent engine irregularities and failures?

On the technical datasheet of engine oil, you can find a lot of data. Indications of viscosity at hot and cold temperatures, density but also TBN, Total Base Number.

At Rymax, we like to keep things fresh by adding a special touch to everything that we do. Based on the positive feedback that we had received on the last limited edition drum, we have decided to continue this line of special Rymax oil drums.

Two new specialty chain lubes have been developed: on-road chain lube and off-road chain lube, making sure you always have the right product for your application. Another new product that has been added to our range is a multi-use purpose silicone spray.

Rymax Lubricants will host its annual business partner event in April 2018, in the beautiful port city of Agadir, Morocco. This year’s event is extra special as it is tied to the Morocco Desert Challenge, the first major sporting event that the company is a main sponsor of.

​Oil pressure is determined by the resistance oil faces when flowing through the oil passages of the engine. Oil pressure is indicated by the oil pressure gauge and should show a steady value around 20 minutes after engine start-up, when the oil has reached its operating temperature. The unit of measurement is either PSI or Bar.

Similar to passenger car additives, motorcycle additives are small doses of products that can be added to the fuel and/or oil tank to boost the performance of your motorcycle engine. Additives can contain a variety of ingredients that work by enhancing the functions of the fuel used in the motorcycle and "stabilizing" the fuel by slowing down the oxidation process. All fuels are subject to oxidation over time, producing a gum-like residue that can block the entire fuel system. Although this process cannot be stopped, it can be slowed down with the use of fuel-stabilizers. Additives can also contain detergents, dispersants, and other cleaning agents, as well as ingredients that can boost a fuel's octane number.

The year 2022 has been challenging. The first months were still affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, and although that cleared up during the year, the war in Eastern Europe disrupted the global playing field heavily after that. Despite these challenging conditions, Rymax Lubricants has realized a growth in turnover of over 30% and expanded its activities to 10 new countries.

Since its official UCI status in 2008 the Tour du Rwanda has seen a lot of winners. Rymax Lubricants congratulates the overall winner: Natnael Tesfazion from Eritrea, but also all the winners in the different categories and of course the organization FERWACY for yet another perfectly organized and internationally complemented edition of the Tour du Rwanda 2020.
